Delete your account and data

You can have your details removed from our system whichever way suits you. If you have the app, doing it there is immediate. If you do not — because you ordered without registering, or because you have already uninstalled it — use the form at the bottom of this page.
If you have the app: delete it yourself, right now
This is the fastest route, and nothing about it needs us:
- Open KBROTHERS(B2B) and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your account is gone the moment you confirm. There is no waiting period and no approval step.
If you cannot sign in: ask us
Shops can order with nothing but a phone number, so we may hold your details without you ever having had a password. In that case fill in the form below with the number you ordered from.
Why this one is not instant. Anyone can type a phone number into a public form, so erasing on the spot would let a stranger delete your records. Someone at our counter confirms the request is really yours first — usually by ringing the number back — and then erases it. We aim to do this within seven days.
What gets deleted
| Erased | Your account and password, shop name, phone number, email address and PAN, including where they appear on your past orders. Your notification token, so the app stops receiving anything. |

| Kept, anonymously | The orders themselves — styles, quantities, dates and status — with your details stripped off. These are our record of goods that were actually dispatched, which a wholesale business has to be able to account for. Once anonymised they cannot be traced back to you, or found by searching your phone number. |
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You are welcome to register again afterwards, but the new account will start empty.
